An excellent establishment with knowledgeable friendly staff. Good advice given they also do service work on cars to a high standard. They have a selection of cars for sale at keen prices. Gary is very easy to talk to and will give honest advice.

Very professional used car sales ,valet and garage.Would recommend it to anyone. Oct.2022.Had to call on Gary and the boys to get an MOT date brought forward from Jan.2023 ,the earliest date I could get.,for a VW Tiguan. Gary got it re booked within a few days,left Tiguan in for prep for MOT ,for a morning,took it to MOT centre and it passed 1st time. Again a huge thanks to Gary for his help and avoiding the stress of waiting months until orig date came round.Another pleasant experience in dealing with The Autogrid.8/2024Another MOT pass thanks to Gary,this time a VW Polo.Prepared on time and excellent service thro all ofthe process.Thanks again Gary.

I have been going to autogrid for 5 years now and have never been disappointed. Garry the owner has knowledge of every thing and is always so willing to help. Staff are always so friendly. Autogrid is a very welcoming place to bring your car, I trust Garry and his colleagues 100% and this is extremely rare to find in these days. I would never bring my car elsewhere.

Folks, my Son and his partner just agreed on a purchase for a car from AutoGrid. I have to say that Gary could not be more helpful, no push for a sale at all. If fact he didn't want the car leaving their forecourt until new timming belt and water pump was fitted, for piece of mind. Thanks Gary.

Bought a car recently from this dealer. Car was described as immaculate. When I got the car cleaned up this was not the case. Asked for repairs to be done to leave the car immaculate refused to pay for or carry out the repairs himself in the end. As he said he would get the car fixed for 350 with his own man. I said I would inspect after it was repaired and if I was not happy he gives me refund. No way he said....so I dont think it would have been much of a job!!! Offered me money to do repairs which I had quotes of 700 to fix the cars paintwork....he offered first 200 then 400 thats it he said. All I wanted was what was advertised!!!!!... I didnt want any money just the cars paint work left immaculate as he had advertised it to be. Car was dirty when I went to view first time and looked and drove Ok. I asked for car to be valeted he said it would be inside and out. My intention was to inspect the paintwork then. On arrival to collect the car it was still outside and covered in heavy frost so paintwork was still not totally viewable. I took him on trust that the car was as he described Immaculate....... How wrong could I have been...... Never again will I trust anybody selling a car I will demand to see a car cleaned before purchase because you cannot trust anybody!!!! Funny now how the car is no longer advertised as immaculate and the extras the car had before are now not in the new advert!!!! But I was supposedly wrong!!!!!! My issue was not that the car had been damaged but the quality of the repairs carried out where of a very low quality and when the car was cleaned these repairs let the rest of the paintwork down. Asked to return the car as faults found literally 3 hours after purchase. Return refused. Also refused to admit to faults in the car. Also advertised with off road features which the car did not have!!! Had to get solicitor involved to get my money back. Wish I had never came across this individual. The most awkward dealer I have ever dealt with. If the car was so immaculate as he made out and was such a great car then why would he not just say yeah bring it back no problem. I had to go to extra expense to have the car left back to his yard by a car delivery contractor. He has his own pick up lorry to lift and deliver vehicles but he made it as awkward for me as possible. Great guy to deal with to something goes wrong then its a different matter!!!!! I really do not like leaving negative reviews on anyone and I get no joy out of it. This man could easily have just said Im sorry your not happy with the car I will take it back no problem. Instead he just fought with me for over a week and I had to get legal people involved to sort it out. Through the whole thing he made out I was in the wrong!!!! Totally unbelievable!!!! If he would have just returned it without issues or covered the proper repairs I would have been leaving a different review here. He will sell the car again without issue as long as the new owner is told or sees the faults before purchase as I wish I had.

Excellent service provided by Garry, Marshall and the team. Bought a 7-year-old Volvo here, they provided a 3-month warranty and really did bend over backwards to fix any issues that came up with the car during that time. It was like buying new! Highly recommended.

Rang up on Monday morning, told them that my car had boiled on Saturday. My car was collected from my house as I don't think it would have drove to the garage. Called in on way home from work and my car was ready to go. Washed and all. Cannot fault the friendly service and really appreciate the fact that the car was in and out the same day. Competitively priced and I'll be back for my next service.
